Fast food is bad for our mental health, and the research of Spanish scientists has shown that it increases the risk of depression by 51{605a529cbaa3445658e6d43c0bed462955804a621a2db8ec01b566ad770372b8}. The study involved about nine thousand respondents who were followed for six months.
